1. Unsuccessful Applicants
The registration amount of ₹31,000/- is refundable for those who are unsuccessful in the allocation. The refund is made to the same bank account / payment method used for the payment.
2. Withdrawal Before Allocation
An applicant may request withdrawal before the unit allocation date (22nd October 2026) by writing to info@deendayalawasyojana.org with their name and registered mobile number. The registration amount will be refunded as per the developer's policy.
3. After Allocation
Cancellation and refunds after allocation are governed by the allotment letter, the DDJAY 2016 policy and the Haryana RERA rules applicable to the project.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed by the developer, Indiabulls Urbanresidences Limited, as per its refund policy. No cash refunds are made.
