This website is a marketing portal for the project and is not an official website of the Government of Haryana or any government department.
2. Registration
- The registration amount is ₹31,000/- per application. Registration does not guarantee allocation of a unit.
- The last date of registration is 18th October 2026 and the unit allocation date is 22nd October 2026.

- Details given by the applicant must be true and complete. Incorrect information may lead to cancellation of the application.
3. Price & Payment
- Starting price is ₹1.11 Cr*. The total cost depends on the plot size as shown in the payment plan on the home page.
- Payment is to be made as per the payment plan: 10% within 5 days, 15% within 15 days, 25% within 90 days, 25% within 180 days and 25% within 270 days.
- Stamp duty, registration charges and other statutory charges are extra, as applicable.
- Prices, plot sizes and the payment plan are subject to change by the developer as per applicable rules.
4. Home Loan
Bank loan is approved from SBI, ICICI and Canara Bank. Loan sanction is at the sole discretion of the bank as per its own eligibility norms.
5. Information Accuracy
Images, layout plan and location map on this website may be artist impressions or for representation only. Please verify all details with the developer and on the Haryana RERA website before making any payment.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Allotment, cancellation and refunds are subject to the DDJAY 2016 policy, the Haryana RERA rules and the allotment letter issued by the developer.
